How do I find my model number?
Look on the product label, packaging or original receipt. Include suffixes such as Pro, Plus and the retailer version. For 4CH, the older RW4 name is also searchable.

Where are software, firmware and videos?
Open “More model resources” for additional resources available for your model. Some downloads remain hosted on the Rexing support site. Always match your exact model and hardware version before installing firmware. PDF downloads may be a user manual or a quick-start guide.
