01 / PREPARE

Start with a charged unit.

Charge before first use

Connect the supplied USB-C cable to a suitable power source. Press ON/OFF to view battery status. Disconnect when charging finishes.

Check the battery level

The guide requires more than 50% charge before jump-starting. A wall adapter is not included.

Match your version

The linked REV07292025 guide covers RJ2000, RJ3000 and RJ4000. Check the model and ratings printed on your unit, especially for an earlier revision.

02 / JUMP STARTING

Check before connecting.

Use with 12V vehicles

Read the supplied safety guide and vehicle instructions. Insert the clamp plug into the EC5 port. Connect red to battery positive (+) and black to negative (−).

Follow the readiness indicator

Follow your revision’s manual for BOOST and starting. Stop if an alarm or warning appears; resolve the cause before another attempt. Do not let the clamps touch.

Keep the correct guide nearby. Review the full illustrated procedure before use. If your controls differ from this guide, contact Rexing with a photo of the unit label.
03 / TROUBLESHOOTING

Understand the next step.

Why does the unit alarm?

Possible causes include reversed clamps, temperature, overcurrent, too many attempts, a short circuit, high vehicle-battery voltage or low unit charge. Use the manual’s error table.

How should I store it?

Keep it away from extreme heat, water and fire. Do not leave it in a hot vehicle. Never use a damaged or swollen unit.

Help us identify your revision

Send the model label, display or warning code, purchase date and a description of what happened. This helps support find the correct instructions for your device.
