Everyday controls

POWER

Hold for three seconds to turn the parent monitor on or off.

TALK

Hold the Talk key while speaking.

ARROWS

Hold the direction keys to move the camera view.

01 / FIRST USE

Place safely, then power on.

Keep cords out of reach

Keep the camera and all cords more than 3 feet from children and never inside the crib. Use only the supplied adapters, without extension cords. The monitor does not replace adult supervision.

Power the correct unit

The camera turns on when its supplied Micro-USB adapter is plugged in. The camera input is 5V / 1A; the parent monitor input is 5V / 2A. Charge the monitor for about 3–4 hours and extend its antenna.

Check the live view

Power both units and check the image and sound before use. The system supports up to two cameras, with an extra camera sold separately, but displays one camera at a time.

02 / LIVE VIEW & SOUND

Understand what the monitor shows.

Select the correct camera

Use Home → Camera settings to add, delete or switch cameras. Confirm that the displayed camera number matches the camera you paired.

Pairing help

The guide’s camera-button naming differs between the diagram and pairing text. If automatic pairing fails, follow the illustrated guide or ask Support to confirm the control on your revision. Do not hold the Pairing button: its three-second hold formats the card.

Use VOX sound detection

Choose OFF, LOW, MED or HIGH in the VOX menu. With VOX on, sound above the chosen threshold wakes the display and alerts you. With VOX off, the power button can turn the screen off while camera audio remains audible.

03 / RECORDING & STORAGE

Save recordings, then review on a computer.

Insert a card with power off

The microSD slot is on the camera. Power down before inserting or removing a card. The guide does not state a verified capacity limit, so confirm the supported card for your unit with Support.

Format only after backing up

Formatting erases the card. To format in the camera, hold the Pairing button for three seconds; the blue light flashes twice when complete. Use the monitor’s recording key to start or stop video.

Playback requires a card reader

Recordings cannot be played directly on the parent monitor. Remove the card with power off and use a microSD reader on a computer or compatible device. A reader is not included.

04 / TROUBLESHOOTING

Check placement and power first.

Weak signal or no image

Extend the monitor antenna, check camera power and select the correct camera. Test at a shorter distance; walls and building materials reduce range. If pairing times out after ten seconds, restart the pairing process.

Feedback or background howling

Separate the parent monitor and camera by at least 3.2 feet. Check volume and avoid testing them directly beside each other.

Temperature or battery concerns

Allow the temperature sensor time to settle after moving it; the guide notes up to two hours. The monitor’s built-in battery is not user-accessible: contact Support instead of replacing it yourself.
