Start or stop recording; confirm menu selections.

Open System Settings while recording is stopped.
Hold OK
Enter or exit Wi-Fi mode.
Get ready to record.
Mount & power
Allow at least 20 minutes after applying the windshield mount before attaching the camera. Power it with the supplied Mini-USB car charger and keep cables clear of airbags.
Memory card
Use Class 10/UHS-I or faster microSD, up to 256GB. Insert or remove the card only with the camera off. A high-endurance card is recommended for repeated recording.
Format
Back up files first. Stop recording with OK → MENU twice → UP/DOWN to Format → OK. Formatting erases all files.
Save a copy beyond the camera.
Wi-Fi
Hold OK to enable Wi-Fi. Join the camera network shown on the screen; the guide lists default password 12345678. Open Rexing Connect and tap Connect. Hold OK to exit.
Camera playback
Stop recording and hold DOWN to enter video Playback, as shown on page 13 of this revision’s guide. Select a file with UP/DOWN; OK plays or pauses.
Computer transfer
Use a card reader or connect by USB and select Mass Storage with OK. Videos are in CARDV/MOVIE. Copy important files before changing cards or formatting.

Camera expansion
The 2022 guide describes optional rear and cabin cameras, sold separately, and connecting all three channels. Match accessories to this revision and verify the intended views in saved recordings; do not apply the older V5 two-channel instructions.
Parking monitor
The guide requires a compatible Smart Hardwire Kit for parking monitor. Confirm the kit and firmware before enabling it; do not transfer Intelligent Kit settings from a different model.
Power & GPS
The guide describes automatic GPS signal search, with red speed text changing to green after a fix. MENU twice opens the GPS Speed Unit setting. Use sustained vehicle power; a parking kit’s battery cutoff may stop recording when voltage is low.
