Why does the battery drain quickly?
Frequent motion events and opening Live View consume power. Lower motion sensitivity and fully recharge the batteries. Battery life varies with activity and settings.
Why is the Wi-Fi signal weak?
Check the distance and obstructions between the doorbell and router. Improve the 2.4GHz signal at the mounting location; the guide suggests repositioning the router or using an extender.
How do I reset Wi-Fi setup?
Hold the Doorbell button for about 8 seconds, then follow the Rexing Home setup instructions. Ensure you have the correct app and home-network credentials before resetting.
Does SDB1 use a microSD card?
No. The official guide states that SDB1 does not support SD cards. It describes cloud storage with up to 3 days of retention; current service availability and terms should be checked in the app.
