Computer transfer
Use a card reader, or connect the camera by mini-USB and select Mass Storage. Copy important recordings to separate storage; protected files are in CARDV/MOVIE/RO.

Parking power
Parked recording needs an outlet that remains powered or a compatible hardwire kit. Confirm the exact connector, wiring and kit instructions before installation.
Locked recordings
The manual recommends Low Gravity Sensing for routine driving. Locked clips remain protected from loop recording and can fill the card. Save important clips before formatting.
Power loss
The internal backup battery is not a source for extended unplugged recording. If a hardwire kit cuts power for battery protection, the camera cannot record until adequate power returns.
A clearer next step.
Cabin view is absent
Check that a dual-channel resolution is selected. SCREEN changes the displayed view without changing how recordings are captured.
Cabin footage is dark
The manual lists Infrared Light with an Auto setting. Keep the cabin lens clear and check this setting for low-light recording.
