Secure the head-restraint straps and adjust the camera angle.

Match the model
These instructions cover BC500, not BC500 Pro. Check the device label before using a manual or accessory.
Connect the video cable
With power off, connect the camera, extension cable and monitor as shown in the guide. Align sockets carefully and avoid pulling or forcing connectors.
Connect power
Use the supplied lighter adapter and its ON/OFF switch. The guide rates the monitor and camera for 9–18V; do not substitute the BC300 USB-power instructions.
Secure the view before driving.
Attach the camera
Fit the base around the head restraint, tighten the horizontal strap and then the vertical strap. Rotate the camera to adjust the view.
Place the monitor
Secure the suction-cup mount where the screen is easy to check without blocking the road, airbags or vehicle controls.
Keep cables clear
Route cables away from seat movement, belts and passengers. Confirm the image while parked, then check the straps and mount again.
Check the signal path.
Monitor stays dark
Check the adapter’s ON/OFF switch, vehicle socket and monitor connection. Reseat connectors with power off.
Screen on, no camera view
Check the camera and video-cable connectors for a secure, correctly aligned fit. Inspect for damaged or pinched cables.
Wrong or unstable view
Adjust the camera angle and retighten its straps. This guide covers live monitoring; it does not describe app pairing, microSD recording or parking-mode settings.
