Set up. Focus. Settle in.
Start with the projector's own menu before troubleshooting an external device.
Place & power
Place the projector on a stable surface facing your screen and keep its air outlets clear. Connect the correct power supply. Long-press the projector's Power button to turn it on.
Bring text into focus
Use Focus + / − on the projector or remote. Adjust while looking at menu text so you can tell when the picture becomes sharp.
Adjust the picture
Align the projector with the screen, then use the Keystone and Projection mode settings as needed. Recheck focus after changing the projector's position.
One screen.
A few ways to connect.
Match the projector's input or screen-sharing mode to the device you want to display.
iPhone & iPad
Connect the phone and PK2 to the same Wi-Fi network. Open AirPlay on the projector, then open Screen Mirroring in your phone's Control Center and select the displayed EShare device. Follow the AirPlay section of the manual for details.
Compatible Android phones
Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi. Open the projector's Android screen-projection / Miracast mode, then use the phone's screen-casting function and select the matching projector. Casting names and availability vary by phone.
Windows computers
The PK2 manual describes EShare screen transmission on the same LAN. Follow its Windows wireless-screen instructions and choose the projector shown in the EShare device list.
HDMI devices
Connect a compatible HDMI source to the projector's HDMI IN port, then select HDMI. Confirm the source is powered on and sending a picture. If the menu works but the source does not, recheck the cable and input.
Start with a simple test.
Use the projector menu or a known-working HDMI source to check picture and sound first. Wireless mirroring support can depend on the phone, software and content provider.
Find your next step.
Tell support which connection you use, what appears on screen and your system version.
The image is blurry.
Display the projector menu and adjust Focus + / −. Check the projector's alignment and screen surface. If only one external source looks blurry, check that source and its cable after confirming the menu is sharp.
My phone cannot find the projector.
For the manual's same-network method, verify both devices are on the same Wi-Fi and the projector's matching AirPlay or Android projection mode is open. Then refresh your phone's screen-mirroring list. Confirm your phone supports the selected method.
HDMI shows no picture.
Check the HDMI cable is connected to HDMI IN, select the HDMI source and confirm the connected device is awake. Try a known-working HDMI cable or source to isolate the connection.
There is a picture but no sound.
Check mute and volume on both the projector and source. Review Sound output in the projector settings. If using Bluetooth audio, confirm the speaker is paired, powered on and selected; disconnect it to test the projector's own sound.
How do I connect Bluetooth audio?
Open Home → Settings → Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth, as shown in the guide. Put a compatible audio device in pairing mode, search for it and complete pairing. Use HDMI or the screen-projection functions for video.
The picture is tilted or upside down.
Check placement first. Use Keystone to adjust the picture shape and Projection mode to match how the projector is installed. Consult the device-settings section of the manual.
Should I reset or update the projector?
Record your system version and current settings first. Ask support for the appropriate next step if normal setup checks do not help. The manual requires stable Wi-Fi and power during an online upgrade; avoid interrupting the process.
