CHARGE
A compatible phone and suitable power adapter are needed.
RELEASE
Use either side touch button to open the arms.
SUPPORT
For help, share a photo of the mount, adapter label and phone model.
Secure the mount before placing your phone.
Choose a mount
Attach the vent clip or suction holder and tighten the ball-joint nut. Lock the suction cup onto a suitable flat surface; check the vent clip fits securely.
Connect power
Use the Type-C cable with a QC3.0 car adapter. The adapter is optional. Blue indicates standby; the arms open about five seconds after power-on.
Align your phone
Adjust the bottom support to centre the phone over the Rexing mark. Avoid metal cases and cases thicker than 3mm. Qi charging is required; maximum output is 15W and actual speed varies.
Check the light, then release gently.
Charging indicator
Green indicates charging. Alternating blue and green followed by lights-off may indicate a phone that does not support wireless charging.
Remove your phone
Press either side button. The manual describes capacitor-powered release for up to five minutes after power is disconnected.
If charging is intermittent
Check cable connections, phone alignment and case interference. Confirm your phone supports Qi and try a known compatible power adapter. If the issue persists, send Support the adapter label and phone model.

Mount does not stay secure
Share a photo of the mounting surface or vent. Avoid fitting a clip that cannot grip securely, and adjust the position while parked.
Arms do not respond
Check the power connection and try a side release button with power connected. Do not force the motorized arms.
