Review videos and photos.

01 / FIRST DRIVE

Prepare your camera.

Mount & rear camera

Clean the windshield; allow at least 20 minutes after applying the mount before attaching the camera. Connect the supplied rear camera to the AV port. Route cables clear of airbags and driver controls.

Memory card

Use a high-endurance Class 10 or faster microSD, up to 256GB. Turn the camera off before inserting or removing it.

Format in the camera

Back up important files. Stop recording with the record icon → Settings → System Settings → Format → OK. Formatting erases all files, including locked clips.

02 / SAVE & PLAYBACK

Find the view you need.

On-screen playback

Stop recording → Library. Choose front videos, rear videos or photos, then swipe through files and tap to play. The display-mode icon changes the playback view.

Computer playback

Power off and use a card reader. Main-camera videos are in video/A, rear videos in video/B and photos in video/Pic. The V360 player is available below for its 360° footage.

Keep important clips

Tap the Lock icon during recording to protect a 30-second clip. Protected filenames end in _SOS; copy them to another device before formatting.

03 / POWER & TROUBLESHOOTING

Check power before settings.

Vehicle power

Use the supplied car charger connected to the Mini-USB power port. The camera can start recording when power is supplied. A socket that remains live may keep it on after the vehicle is off.

Screen off is not recording off

A short press of POWER toggles the screen; recording continues. Look for the blinking red recording indicator when checking operation.

Version matters

The 2019 V360 guide does not provide Wi-Fi or a motion-trigger parking setup. Confirm any kit with Support. The internal battery is for brief backup, not overnight monitoring. For a depleted battery, allow at least five minutes on the approved charger before trying to start.
