01 / QUICK START

Prepare for the first drive.

Mount with a clear view

Clean the windshield and keep the driver’s view unobstructed. Wait at least 20 minutes after applying the adhesive mount before attaching the camera. Aim both the road and cabin lenses.

Choose a suitable card

V2 Pro supports Class 10 / UHS-I or faster microSD up to 256GB. Power off before inserting or removing the card.

Format in the camera

Stop recording with OK. Press MENU twice, select Format with UP/DOWN, then OK. Confirm the erase warning with OK. Back up needed files first.

Two cameras in one unit. Select FHD + FHD for road and cabin recording. The manual’s UHD/QHD modes are single-channel; these settings should not be treated as dual-camera modes.

V2 Pro control layout. This guide uses OK to stop recording and MENU held to switch modes. V2 and V2 Pro AI controls differ. The rear-camera port shown in the manual is marked unsupported.
03 / POWER & FILE PROTECTION

Keep power and storage in view.

Parking power

Parked recording needs an outlet that remains powered or a compatible hardwire kit. Confirm the exact connector, wiring and kit instructions before installation.

Locked recordings

The manual recommends Low Gravity Sensing for routine driving. Locked clips remain protected from loop recording and can fill the card. Save important clips before formatting.

Power loss

The internal backup battery is not a source for extended unplugged recording. If a hardwire kit cuts power for battery protection, the camera cannot record until adequate power returns.

04 / TROUBLESHOOTING

A clearer next step.

Cabin view is absent

Check that a dual-channel resolution is selected. Hold UP to change the displayed view without changing how recordings are captured.

Cabin footage is dark

The manual lists Infrared Light with an Auto setting. Keep the cabin lens clear and check this setting for low-light recording.
