Prepare both cameras.
Mount securely
Attach the front mount to a clean windshield and connect the rear camera with its supplied cable. Keep the driver’s view and airbag paths clear.
Use a suitable card
The Basic support page specifies Class 10 / UHS-I or faster microSD up to 256GB. Power off before inserting or removing it.
Format before use
Back up files. Stop recording with REC, press MENU twice, choose Format with REC/MIC and confirm with OK. Formatting erases all files.
Review and save a copy.
On the camera
Use MODE for Playback, REC/MIC to browse and OK to play or pause.
On a computer
Read the card with an adapter or connect the Mini-USB data cable and select Mass Storage. Copy important recordings separately.
Rear-camera view
The rear camera records to the front unit’s card. Check a saved rear clip after installation; a mirrored display alone does not confirm recording orientation.
Confirm the revision and power kit.
The internal battery is for brief backup use. For parked recording, confirm the exact Basic revision, compatible power supply and firmware with Rexing. Do not apply newer V1P-4K kit settings automatically.
Check the basics first.
