Rexing Connect App Terms of Service

Welcome to Rexing Connect App (“Rexingcam,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rexingcam mobile application, website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  • The information you provide is accurate and current;
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • All activities conducted through your account;
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App may collect certain device and usage information necessary for providing Services, improving functionality, preventing fraud, and maintaining security.

Third-Party SDKs

To provide one-click sharing features, the App integrates the Umeng+ U-Share SDK.

The SDK may collect:

  • Device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA, IMEI, GUID, or OpenUDID);
  • SIM-related information where permitted by applicable laws;
  • Social account public information required for sharing functions;
  • Approximate location information for analytics accuracy and anti-fraud purposes.

We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

4. Permissions

The App may request permissions on your device, including but not limited to:

  • Camera access for dash cam functionality;
  • Storage access for saving videos and images;
  • Microphone access for recording audio;
  • Location access for GPS and map-related features;
  • Network access for cloud services and sharing.

Permissions are requested only when necessary for core App functionality.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload through the Services.

By uploading content, you grant Rexingcam a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and Services, including software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content, are owned by Rexingcam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexingcam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data;
  • Service interruptions;
  • Unauthorized access caused by third parties;
  • User misuse of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexingcam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Services during the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Required by law;
  • Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
