Use an 8–128GB Class 10/UHS-I or faster microSD card. Power off before insertion; back up files before formatting.
Clean the lenses and check alignment on the monitor before securing mounts. Keep all cables clear of moving parts.
The supplied USB cable supports a 5V/2A bench test. Follow the manual’s matching connectors for permanent installation.
The MTC1 display is not a touchscreen. Learn the controls before setting off; pull over safely before changing settings.
Hold Power about three seconds to switch the camera on or off. A short press toggles the display.
OK starts or stops recording. With recording stopped, hold Menu about three seconds to open settings.
Hold the remote button about three seconds to start locked emergency recording; hold again to cancel.
Save important clips promptly. Keep original files separate from edited or shared copies.
Locked recordings are stored in the Emergency Video Folder and must be deleted on a computer.
Confirm your backup opens and includes the views you need. Formatting clears the card, so keep saved footage elsewhere.
Review when it happens and whether road vibration is involved. Send support a sample clip and your current sensor setting before making repeated adjustments.
Have your model label, firmware version, card details and installation photos ready.
Check the original power cable, connector seating and power source while parked. Photograph any damaged connector. If you are unsure about motorcycle wiring, have the installer inspect it before continuing.
Check the relevant camera connection and note which view is affected. Send support photos of the connector, cable routing and the monitor message. Avoid forcing plugs or changing multiple connections at once.
Record the error, card capacity, brand and age. Back up accessible footage first, then test with a suitable card if available. Contact support if the issue persists.
Use only firmware confirmed for your exact MTC1 hardware. Send support the firmware screen and model label before updating. Keep reliable power throughout an approved update.
Share your model, card, power source and a description of the issue.
