USB-C
Power Delivery output rated up to 60W. Use a compatible cable and device.
USB-A
Quick Charge output rated up to 18W. Charging speed depends on the device and cable.
78W TOTAL
The combined port rating does not mean every connected device receives 78W.
Connect to a powered vehicle socket.
Fit the charger
Insert the charger firmly into a compatible 12–24V DC accessory socket. Its soft green LED indicates the charger is powered.
Match port and cable
Use USB-C for compatible PD devices or USB-A for compatible QC devices. Check the cable and connected device support the charging power you need.
Check both devices
The two ports can charge devices simultaneously. Confirm each device shows charging; actual speed depends on the device, cable and operating conditions.
Isolate the socket, cable or device.
No indicator or charging
Check whether your vehicle’s accessory socket is switched with the ignition. Reseat the charger and try another known working socket if available.
One device charges slowly
Try a suitable known working cable and the correct port. Check the phone or laptop’s charging requirements; a high charger rating alone does not guarantee maximum device charging speed.
Charging disconnects
Inspect the plugs and cable for loose connections or damage. Stop using a damaged charger and contact support with a photo of the charger label and a description of the fault.
