Rexing Intelligent Hardwire Kit Type-C Port for All Rexing Dash Cam Models including R4, DT2, M2 Max, R316 Series, RH2 Series, and CPDuo Multimedia Receiver

This order is replacing the sensor part. Had this already installed in my truck, and in Arizona heat it died in less than two years since it was not seeing motion and was constantly turning on and off the camera and since this would be hardwired to the battery. If it wasn??t caught would drain battery on the vehicle pretty quickly specially turning on and off the camera as it was glitching. Install a new one works like it was supposed to, but don??t know how long it will last inside Arizona heat.

This kit is pretty easy to install and seems to be well made, the instructions is pretty straightforward, one thing I will add is if you want to detect motion toward the outside of the car, you have to mount the motion sensor facing towards the outside, the instructions do not say that, just to mount to windshield, also on my sensor, the on/off switch doesn't kill the power to the camera like you would think, it just turns off the blue lights for the motion sensor. The only way to kill the power is with the motion detection on/off button which is confusing, but other than that it's a good kit so far.

Product didn't arrive next day yet I paid for next day service

I'm not sure if this is the intelligent kit or the camera, but obviously its not really recording all the times when it senses motion

Product arrived quickly, and installation was easy. When tested it worked great. Although there is a slight delay in starting to record because the camera has to be activated. We are talking seconds at best. Good buy.
